Core Support

Nepean Centre provides quality care in a fully accessible five bed residence. We provide short stays for children and young people, 4 – 17yrs with high support needs (up until they reach 18 years of age).

Nepean Centre is a safe and supported space where there is the opportunity to identify and work towards individual goals including:

Support Programs (School Term and School Holidays)

Nepean Centres, after-school and holiday programs specifically tailored for children and young people aged 4 to 17 with high support needs. These programs focus on creating a supportive and enriching environment where participants can engage in age-appropriate activities, socialize, and receive the necessary assistance and care. The programs will be a range of educational, recreational, and therapeutic activities to cater to the diverse needs of the participants.
